      • The back made from HDF board will be recessed into the elements of cabinet body i.e. a cut will be made in the cabinet body 10mm from the rear edge, into which the HDF board will be inserted. For the stability of construction, it is also allowed to screw the HDF board from the back of the cabinet body, if it's not possible to see HDF board from the side (e.g. lower kitchen cabinets).
    3. Fronts:
      • Furniture fronts made of laminated chipboard, mdf board with acrylic, lacquered or foiled coating as well as frame and sliding fronts.
      • Elements with acrylic coating are laminated on one side with acrylic, on the inside there is a counter-pressure laminate in a color similar to acrylic coating. With an additional charge there is a possibility to make an acrylic coating on both sides.
      • Elements with a lacquered coating are lacquered on one side together with edges, on the inside there is a counter-pressure laminate in white color. With an additional charge there is a possibility to make a lacquered coating on both sides.
      • The hinges are screwed with wood screws depending on the material in sizes 3,5x16 lub 3,5x20mm.
      • The fronts are drilled for the hinge cup (fi 35) or other drillings in accordance with the hinge use.
      • The edges of the fronts are machine-glued with ABS, HPL or acrylic in thickness from 0,8mm to 2mm with neutral or white glue.
      • In fronts with a handle orifices for the handle are made at distances depending on the type of handle with an accuracy of  +/- 1mm in height and width.
      • Depending on the type of front, glass is mounted in frame fronts with silicone, glass glue, strips or glass catches.
      • The adhesive joint is +/- 0,2mm thick and may be slightly visible in some cases.
      • Fronts dimensions should be within the deviation limits allowed by the manufacturers of materials and processing machines i.e.:
        • Material thickness +/- 0,5mm0,5mm,
        • Front width +/- 1,5mm1,5mm,
        • Front height +/- 1,5mm1,5mm,
        • Deviation of the vertical and horizontal front level +/- 2mm for 1mb,
        • Front corner angle ± 2°
    4. Worktops:
      • Worktops can be made from chipboard coated with HPL laminate, composite, double-sided laminate boards in thickness allowed in this exact material i.e. 12-38mm
      • Worktops are assembled to the cabinets with screws, the length of which is adjusted to the thickness of the worktop or in case of composite worktops - glued with assembly glue.
      • The worktops are joined together using the so-called "clamp" and screws, without the connecting strips.
      • Cutouts in the worktop made during assembly (for hob, sink etc.) will be secured with silicone or special glue (Color Joint).
      • Worktop dimensions should be within the deviation limits allowed by the manufacturers of materials and processing machines i.e.:
