1. Concept and design

One of the most important points needed to arrange interior, in accordance with your expectations, is the idea behind the project. Already at the design stage, you can select the location of each drill in finished furniture. You decide whether the shelves will be mounted in fixed or adjustable position. 

2. Selection of materials

Each of our showroom has a full range of samples from laminate board, lacquer, glass, 3D panels and veneer. A large number of examplery furnitures and professional customer service will provide you an inspiration. All of our materials, systems and fittings has a complex, individual price, which results from many factors. Our designers are happy to help you find the perfect solution. 

3. Visualization and measurement

After selection of materials and approval of preliminary project, our designers will create the visualization project and valuation, including assembly. The next step is the detailed measurement on the exact place, where the furniture it's about to be assembled and then, final valuation. Valuations may vary slightly, due to differences in measurements. 

4. Order and contract

When everything is approved, we prepare the contract for production and assembly of custom-made furniture. The contract includes measured project with selected decors and systems, price, assembly date, warranty period and framework conditions. At this point, the customer is obliged to make the advance payment, which is 50% of order value.

5. Production and assembly

We manufacture the components in one of our two modern production plants. After processing, cleaning and packing, we deliver the elements to the installation place, where our assembly team starts working. One week before planned installation, we contact with you to determine the exact date and time of assembly. At this time, the customer is obliged to make the second payment, which is 40 % of order value. 

6. Acceptance

When assembly is completed, you accept the furniture with our assembly team, which takes into account compliance with the project and the quality of workmanship. After discussing all the elements, you make the final payment of 10% of order value, as a confirmation of acceptance of furniture and activation of the guarantee and you receive the goods release document and the final invoice.
